  These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LaxStats platform operated by Apex Grind LLC, including the SMS stat logging service, player check-in system,

  and public scoreboard. By using LaxStats you agree to these Terms.                                                                                              

  1. Description of Service                                                                                                                                       

  LaxStats is a real-time lacrosse statistics platform used at APEX Lacrosse events. It allows volunteer statisticians to log game stats via SMS, parents and

  players to confirm jersey numbers via SMS before games, and the public to view live scores and play-by-play feeds online.                                       

  2. SMS Messaging Terms                                                                                                                                          

  By providing your phone number during registration and agreeing to the opt-in on our waiver, you consent to receive automated text messages from Apex Grind LLC.

   Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered     

  messages.

  3. Accuracy of Statistics                                 

  Game statistics are logged by volunteer parents and coaches and are subject to human error. Apex Grind LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or

  timeliness of any statistics displayed on LaxStats. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on statistics displayed, including recruiting           

  evaluations or team selections.

  4. Volunteer Statistician Conduct                         

  Volunteer statisticians agree to log stats accurately and in good faith, and not to use the platform to manipulate or falsify statistics. Apex Grind LLC

  reserves the right to remove any statistician and void their stats if misuse is detected.                                                                       

  5. Public Display of Information                                                                                                                                

  Player names, jersey numbers, and stats may be displayed publicly. If you do not wish for your child’s name to appear publicly, contact

  info@apexlacrosseevents.com before the tournament.                                                                                                              

  6. Disclaimer of Warranties                                                                                                                                     

  LaxStats is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  7. Limitation of Liability                                

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Grind LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of      

  LaxStats.                                                                                                                                                       

  8. Governing Law                                                                                                                                                

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
