On Monday, players will be taken through 20+ drills over the course of several hours in a fast paced, high intensity environment, designed to stretch you.
The Apex Goalie Ascension is an aggressive, fast-paced, non-stop continuous flow style format of goalie drills hand picked and designed by Kyle Bernlohr. Kyle knows first hand the variety of saves and plays every goalie can, and must be prepared for throughout a game. The Apex Goalie Ascension encompasses it all and so much more. We play this position to make saves, plays, and above all, win.
