Team Tournaments

WEATHER POLICY

As an outdoor sport, we are subject to weather conditions outside the scope of the event’s control.  As such, in the event of inclement weather there will be no refund for cancelled or shortened games. Apex events will do our best to provide a contingency schedule if fields are unplayable or the environment is deemed unsafe for play. Credits for future events will be assessed on a case by case basis.

REFUND POLICY

ALL fees are non-refundable. A credit MAY be provided towards another team registration or a future event, however it must be utilized within the same calendar year.

THE SHOWCASE REFUND POLICY IS LISTED ON YOUR REGISTRATION PAGE. All registrants are able to purchase injury insurance during checkout.
